Postpartum visit includes screening for PMADs and referrals, postpartum plan & breastfeeding. Light housework and organization.

This package includes 3 postpartum visits (4 hours each) to be scheduled after two weeks post partum.
Additional hours may be added for a discounted rate of $35/hr)
