My Natural Birth Experience

I think most of you know that I had a natural child birth. That experience is still unmatched, and immeasurable to any other experience I have had in my life. It would not have been possible without my support system, proper planning, and determination. My entire support system each played a very important role and I am grateful for them all!

There is one person who was at my aid in a way that only another woman would know how to. The innate ability to know when to touch, where to touch, when to present water, when to place a cool towel when to suggest labor positions... I refer to her as my earth angel. She was my Doula. ( I literally met her that day so if anyone knows pictured woman please tag her.)

She was apart of the perfect birth experience. Everything I wrote in my birth plan, my team helped come to fruition, alongside my hard work too 😉.

The majority of people tell me their labor experience and it truly breaks my heart. Quite frankly most women are cheated out of their labor experience. So I became a Doula so that I can help facilitate births however your family has planned for it to go. On your terms, and your standards.
